Well, got on the scale just now and wanted to post my weight so that I am accountable. 307 pounds!!!!! This is the biggest I have ever gotten! The losing began yesterday and my first goal will be 250 pounds. Get there and will move downward from there to my ultimate goal of 150 pounds. Basically, I need to lose another me. Yippee.....skinny me stay...fat me go ASAP!!!!
Stick with me, Irish, and you can pull this off this time. If you can get thru the first two weeks, you can get thru this lifestyle change. I'll show you how, but please ask any questions; I'm also living now with a carb-addict who doesn't want to admit that it's not the best food for him.
ReplyDeleteLet's try this - it will link to my blog where I am helping people who want to get off the cycle of up-down-and-around on weight loss, and I am doing it low carb (Atkins for Induction and Inspiration, then I move on into higher carbs and more heart healthy foods (fish, avocado, red wine, dark chocolate). Getting there means getting your fat content down and your metabolism up. It's hard.
